The Slovene Home project consists of (4) development phases ranging from site development and construction of a new addition to the complete renovation of the existing facility. CSL Consulting has been representing the Slovene Home from the conception of this project, which has included acquiring the land, selecting an architectural/design firm, participation in the design process, bidding and selection of a general contractor and managing all the financial aspects of the project.
This entire process is in the fourth year of a 5-year plan. Currently this project is in Phase 3, which consists of a new 68-bed addition to the existing building.
