Parkers Lighthouse Restaurant

Parkers Lighthouse is located on a peninsula in Long Beach, jetting out into the Pacific Ocean. This architectural wonder has been a landmark for over 30 years with its stunning views and great sunsets. This project consisted of a complete interior and exterior renovation to all of the dining rooms, restrooms, bar/lounge and elevator lobby. Renovation had to be completed without any lapse in service. CSL’s detailed phasing plans and project management allowed them to remain open for business while this project was completed.
