Located in a beautiful park-like setting on over 90 acres, Mount St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center is a new, state-of-the-art 100 bed nursing home facility and short-term rehabilitation center. As Owner’s Representative, CSL Consulting coordinated the design, site layout and construction drawing process. Formulation of bid documents, coordination of the project schedule and coordination of sub-contractors ensured that this multi-faceted project was completed on time and within budget.
