The Atrium at Anna Maria is a very unique project that consisted of converting the existing Geauga Lake Hotel in Aurora, Ohio into a state-of-the-art independent and assisted living facility. In addition, a new memory care building will be constructed to connect to the existing building. CSL’s involvement as an Owner’s Representative included securing architectural/design services, developing project budgets, acquiring city and state approvals, selecting a general contractor and overseeing all aspects of this project.
